Refund & Billing Policy
Our policy is designed to be clear, fair, and straightforward. We aim to build customer trust while protecting our services from abuse.

Subscription Refunds
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For any new customer, we offer a full refund on your first subscription payment if requested within 7 days of purchase. This is provided the service has not been substantially used (e.g., no more than 3 drafts generated).
Subscription Renewal Refunds
We offer a full refund on a subscription renewal charge if you request it within 72 hours of the transaction, as long as you have not generated any drafts in the new billing cycle.
No Refunds for Past Service
We do not provide refunds for past months of service or for forgetting to cancel a subscription before its renewal date (outside of the 72-hour grace period). You are responsible for managing your subscription.
Exclusion for Substantial Use
Refund requests under the 7-day guarantee will be denied if the service has been heavily used (e.g., all monthly drafts consumed in the first week).
Add-On & Overage Charges
Add-On Draft Packs
If you buy a one-time draft pack, we will provide a full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase, provided none of the drafts from that pack have been used.
Overage Charges are Non-Refundable
Charges for drafts created beyond your plan's limit are for services you have already consumed and are not eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
Our refund process is manual to ensure fairness and prevent fraud.
To request a refund, please follow these simple steps:
- Send an email to our dedicated billing support address: billing@draftlc.com.
- Include the email address associated with your DraftLC account.
- Provide a brief reason for your refund request. This helps us understand what went wrong and improve our service.
Our team will review your request against the policy, check your account usage, and process eligible refunds via the Razorpay dashboard within 48 business hours. It may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
